Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales or retail is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Bi-lingual is a plus.
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers to identify needs using the selling process.
• Build rapport to generate referrals and expand customer network.
• Respond to internet leads in-store within the required time and share pricing via email.
• Answer sales phone calls and set appointments.
• Confirm appointments and follow up with customers post-inquiry and after sale.
• Conduct test drives and vehicle walkarounds with customers.
• Guide the customer from start to finish through the buying process.
• Maintain professional attire and appearance; prioritize customer service.
