Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales or customer service preferred.
• Ability to build rapport and establish a network of referrals.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers to identify needs using the Asbury selling process.
• Build rapport to establish a customer network and referrals.
• Respond to internet leads with in-store follow-up and pricing information.
• Answer sales calls and schedule appointments; confirm appointments.
• Follow up with customers post-inquiry and after the sale.
• Conduct test drives and guide customers through the buying process.
