Job summary

Asbury is seeking an Automotive Sales Advisor to respond to online and in-store customer inquiries, guiding buyers through the initial to final steps of the vehicle purchase. The role emphasizes relationship building, follow-up, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will leverage the Asbury selling process, maintain professional appearance, and use CRM tools to nurture customer networks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Pass pre-employment screenings (background & drug test).
• Prior automotive sales, retail, or customer service experience a plus.
• Bi-lingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to online vehicle inquiries via phone and email.
• Identify customer needs using the Asbury selling process.
• Build rapport and referrals to expand customer network.
• Answer internet leads and provide pricing information.
• Schedule and confirm sales appointments; follow up with customers.
• Conduct test drives and vehicle walk-arounds with customers.
• Work with customers from first contact through final sale.
• Maintain professional attire and appearance.
