Job summary

Volvo Santa Monica is seeking an Automotive Product Specialist to warmly welcome customers, demonstrate Volvo models, and guide them through the car-buying journey. This role emphasizes a customer-focused approach, clear explanations of vehicle technology, and a willingness to learn Volvo products and delivery procedures.

Prior dealership exposure is a plus, but not required. You will work with a team to ensure a smooth showroom experience, manage demonstrations, and support the sales process

Qualifications

• Dealership experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to demonstrate vehicle features clearly and patiently.
• Driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist with their dealership experience.
• Introduce customers to Volvo models, features, technology, and options.
• Conduct vehicle walkarounds and product demonstrations.
• Answer customer questions and help them understand vehicle capabilities.
• Support the sales team throughout the customer journey.
• Assist with vehicle preparation, inventory organization, and showroom presentation.
• Coordinate customer appointments, vehicle demonstrations, and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up records in CRM.
