Fields Volvo (Northfield) is seeking a Product Specialist who will demonstrate the latest Volvo technology, guide customers through product options, and close sales by showcasing features and benefits. You’ll be the first and ongoing point of contact, mentoring customers on operations and upgrades.

The role emphasizes high energy, strong communication, and teamwork to meet customer needs while delivering a superior buying experience.

The Product Specialist role is instrumental to our store’s day-to-day operations, providing product demos to prospects, selling the technology that buyers crave, assisting customers with technology, and solving problems quickly and efficiently.

As a Volvo Product Specialist, you’re highly skilled at uncovering customers’ needs, then following through with enlightening solutions. Not only are you the first person customers meet when they enter the store, but you’re also the person who guides them, advising them and even setting up their new products.

Pay: $18.00 per hour

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and guide clients as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process.

QUALIFICATIONS
