The role combines product expertise with exceptional service to build lasting customer relationships in a luxury automotive environment.

The position requires coordinating deliveries, guiding customers through vehicle features, and completing all delivery-related paperwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales, customer service, or vehicle delivery is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to build lasting relationships and explain vehicle features effectively.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle delivery and preparation ensuring pristine condition.
• Guide customers through features and functions and provide a memorable delivery experience.
• Complete all paperwork and ensure manuals and keys are provided.
• Coordinate final test drives to highlight key features and safety.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships and provide post-delivery follow-up.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and update vehicle inventory data.
• Collaborate with sales, service, and finance teams for smooth deliveries.
• Act as a Volvo product ambassador by detailing features and benefits.
