O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers while supporting store management with tasks. This role emphasizes customer engagement, product knowledge, and efficient checkout procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Follow and promote all company customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call, Related Selling, Rock the Lot).
• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist in merchandise selection.
• Assist managers and installer service specialists with professional customers as needed.
• Answer store calls per company policy, look up parts and quote prices, and offer related items.
• Maintain accuracy of cash drawer and process cash, checks, credit cards.
