Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Spanish language ability is a plus (desirable).
• ASE certification is a plus (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Promote customer service programs and related selling initiatives.
• Assist professionals and installers as needed.
• Handle cash/credit transactions accurately.
• Process exchanges/returns per policy.
• Resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Support store operations and curbside/stock tasks as assigned.
