Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selections.
• Support store management and professional customers as needed.
• Handle cash drawer, payments, returns and exchanges per policy.
• Answer store calls, lookup parts, quote prices and promote related items.
• Perform daily operational tasks and uphold housekeeping and safety standards.
• Provide in-store services and occasional delivery as required.
