O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high levels of service to retail and installer customers. The role supports store management in daily tasks and promotions while handling cash, returns, and store operations with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time

Responsibilities

• Greet retail customers and assist them in selecting merchandise
• Promote and follow company customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call)
• Assist professional customers and installers as needed
• Answer store calls, lookup parts, quote prices, and suggest related items
• Process cash, checks, credit cards, and manage the cash drawer securely
• Handle exchanges/returns per policy and provide friendly service
• Maintain and update image maker and planogram tasks; stock shelves and face merchandise
• Perform daily store operations and seasonal tasks (stock counts, returns, etc.)
• Operate store equipment after training and compliance
• Provide in-store services (wipers, batteries, codes) where allowed by law
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed
