Genuine Parts Company in Tigard, Oregon, is seeking a Store Associate to be the primary contact for customers in our NAPA-branded store, delivering automotive parts solutions and a high-quality experience.

You will serve both retail and wholesale customers, engage with product knowledge, and support store operations using POS and inventory tools to drive loyalty and efficient fulfillment.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn automotive parts and technology systems.
• Preferred: experience in automotive, retail, or parts environment.
• Hands-on experience with vehicle repair or maintenance is a plus.
• Knowledge of inventory or cataloging systems.
• Background in automotive, diesel, heavy equipment, farm, marine, or dealership environments.
• ASE Certification (not required) can be beneficial.
• Leadership demonstrates personal accountability and ownership of customer outcomes.
