Genuine Parts Company, operating NAPA stores, is seeking a Store Associate to provide accurate automotive parts solutions and deliver a consistently positive customer experience. You will support both retail and wholesale customers, using product knowledge to assist teams and ensure smooth store operations.

In this role you will handle POS and inventory systems, engage with customers, and help maintain a fast-paced, welcoming store environment while contributing to loyalty and efficiency goals.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills are required.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn automotive parts and technology systems.
