Gerber Collision & Glass in the United States is seeking a Parts Coordinator to provide an exceptional customer experience by efficiently managing ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching and returning parts for each repair order. The role emphasizes accuracy and timely processing to support shop workflows.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3+ years of experience working with automotive parts (auto body parts is a bonus).
• I-Car Registered (working towards Gold Class certification).
• Strong communication and organizational abilities; able to work under pressure.

Responsabilités

• The Parts Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to provide an exceptional customer experience while proactively managing ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching and returning parts for each repair order.
• Communicate all customer requests and needs to appropriate team members.
• Work with vendors to order and receive all parts as indicated on the repair orders, ensuring quality, correctness and quantity.
• Ensure timely parts distribution to the shop in accordance with the production schedule.
• Enter all parts invoices into the MIS.
• Label and track all parts by the RO# and store them with the vehicle and scheduled repairs.
• Monitor Parts price changes and communicate to required team members.
• Ensure vendor invoices are posted and filed/scanned promptly.
• Ensure invoices and credit memos reflect negotiated discounts to maintain margins.
