Gerber Collision & Glass in Indiana is seeking a Parts Coordinator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by managing the ordering, receiving, storage and dispatch of parts for each repair order.

You will verify parts accuracy, coordinate with vendors, enter invoices into the MIS and maintain parts tracking by RO number to support timely repairs. Strong organization and experience with automotive parts are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3+ years of experience with automotive parts.
• Customer service oriented and strong organizational ability under pressure.
• I-CAR Registered (working towards Gold Class certification).

Responsabilités

• Ensure WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan is executed consistently.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Order and receive all parts per repair orders and verify quality and quantity.
• Distribute parts to the shop in line with the production schedule.
• Enter all parts invoices into the MIS.
• Label and track parts by RO number and communicate price changes.
• Reconcile vendor invoices daily and monitor parts performance.
• Ensure negotiated discounts are applied to invoices.
