Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Indiana is seeking a Parts Coordinator to ensure an exceptional customer experience while efficiently ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching and returning repair parts. You will verify parts accuracy and maintain alignment with production schedules for smooth vehicle repairs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3+ years of experience working with automotive parts (auto body parts is a bonus).
• Customer Service oriented with strong organizational ability under pressure and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Communicate all customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Order and receive parts as indicated on repair orders, ensuring quality and quantity.
• Ensure timely parts distribution to the shop per production schedule.
• Enter all parts invoices into the MIS.
• Label and track all parts by the RO number and store with vehicles/repairs.
• Reconcile vendor invoices and track price changes (PPI).
• Ensure invoices and credit memos are posted and filed promptly.
