Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Greenfield, IN is seeking a Parts Coordinator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by efficiently ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching and returning parts for each repair order.

You will verify part accuracy, manage invoices, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and accurate pricing, supporting our production schedule and vehicle needs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3+ years of experience working with automotive parts.
• I-CAR registered or working toward Gold Class certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent WOW plan execution for performance.
• Communicate customer requests to the team.
• Order and receive parts per repair orders, verify quality and quantity.
• Distribute parts to shop per production schedule.
• Enter parts invoices into MIS and track price changes.
• Label and track parts by RO number and store with vehicles.
• Reconcile vendor invoice history and manage supplier discounts.
• Post invoices and credit memos in a timely manner.
