Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in the United States is seeking a Parts Coordinator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while efficiently handling parts ordering, receiving, storing, and dispatching for every repair order.

You will verify part accuracy, coordinate with vendors, manage invoices in the MIS systems (Summit, Repair Centre), and ensure timely distribution to meet the production schedule. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3+ years of automotive parts experience.
• Customer service oriented with ability to manage pressure.
• I-Car Registered (working towards Gold Class).

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Communicate all customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Work with vendors to order and receive parts per repair orders, ensuring quality and quantity.
• Ensure timely parts distribution to the shop per production schedule.
• Enter all parts invoices into the MIS.
• Label and track all parts by RO number and store with vehicle/scheduled repairs.
• Communicate Parts Price Changes to required team members.
• Order and receive supplemental parts in the MIS and reconcile vendor invoices.
