O’Reilly Auto Parts in Morris, IL is hiring a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers. The role supports store management, greets customers, assists with merchandise selection, and handles cash and returns per policy. Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.

You will participate in daily operations, stocking, and potential in-store services after training, with growth opportunities across the organization.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist in selecting merchandise.
• Promote customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, etc.).
• Assist managers with professional customers as needed.
• Process daily training and store procedures as required.
• Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions accurately.
• Process exchanges and returns per policy and resolve complaints.
• Assist with daily stock tasks, planogram updates, and shelf upkeep.
• Provide in-store services (wipers, batteries, etc.) when trained.
