Mitchell Auto Group in Simsbury, CT is seeking a customer-service oriented Parts Advisor for our Volvo Parts Department. You will represent a fast-paced, friendly auto group and assist customers with parts needs while maintaining high service standards.

In our 100th plus year, the Mitchell Auto Group operates seven locations in Hartford, Windsor, Canton & Simsbury Connecticut and is in need of an additional member for our Volovo Parts Department

• Previous Parts Advisor experience preferred
• Proven track record demonstrating high customer satisfaction scores
• Ability to form, grow and coach a team
• Ability to manage Key Performance Indicators to improve results
• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the workday
• Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections
• Strong interpersonal and communications, in-person and over the phone
