Faulkner Buick/GMC of West Chester is seeking an energetic call center professional to join our growing team. You will handle customer calls, schedule sales and service appointments, and respond to inquiries with scripts and templates.

• Minimum one prior customer service role.
• Strong computer and phone skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales/service appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates.
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
