Job summary

Ciocca Chevrolet of West Chester is seeking an energetic call center professional to join our growing team. This full-time position handles calls, schedules sales and service appointments, and provides initial product information to customers.

You will respond quickly to inquiries by phone, internet, and live chat using scripts and templates, with on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement within the Ciocca Automotive Family.

Qualifications

• At least one previous customer service-related role
• Strong computer and phone skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Bilingual a plus

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales/service appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates.
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
