Faulkner Buick/GMC of West Chester is seeking an energetic call center professional to join our growing team. You will handle customer calls, schedule sales and service appointments, and respond to inquiries with scripts and templates.

The ideal candidate has prior customer service experience, strong computer and phone skills, and a valid driver's license. We offer a competitive salary, full-time hours, PTO, 401(k) with company matching, and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
