Job summary

Napleton's Schaumburg Buick GMC is seeking a motivated Internet Sales BDC Representative to join our Business Development Center. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, schedule and confirm showroom appointments, and help drive traffic to our showroom.

If you are a self-starter with strong phone and written communication skills, a team-first attitude, and are authorized to work in the USA, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Experience in BDC, call center, or customer service preferred.
• Familiarity with Tekion CRM or automotive CRM.
• Strong computer skills; ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales appointment calls, emails, and texts for the dealership.
• Schedule, confirm, and remind customers of upcoming sales appointments.
• Multitask effectively while conversing on the phone and using multiple computer systems.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up.
• Meet and exceed appointment-setting goals set by management.
• Support the sales team by ensuring a strong pipeline of scheduled showroom visits.
