Job summary

Ciocca Chevrolet of West Chester is seeking an energetic, motivated call center professional to join our growing team. You will handle customer calls, schedule sales and service appointments, and respond promptly to inquiries using scripts and templates.

We offer a $40,000-$65,000 yearly wage, full-time employment, PTO and holidays, a 401(k) with company matching, comprehensive health coverage, on-the-job training and clear opportunities for advancement within the Ciocca Automotive Family.

Qualifications

• At least one previous customer service-related role.
• Strong computer and phone skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales/service appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates.
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
