Job summary

Victory Automotive Group in Crossville, TN seeks a Business Development Representative to handle inbound inquiries, schedule appointments, and support sales and service teams. You will coordinate with departments, manage paperwork, and provide excellent customer service to drive sales generation.

The ideal candidate has prior experience in administrative or call-center roles, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Reynolds and Reynolds experience

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar position (administrative, clerical, call center, customer service, etc.)
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Strong phone and computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reynolds and Reynolds experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Manages all incoming sales and service appointment queries by scheduling and confirming appointments
• Coordinates questions and issues with appropriate department personnel
• Tracks sold vehicles and hot sheets
• Confirms special order parts
• Helps follow up with phone and internet sales leads
• Manages all required paperwork and records and prepares documentation when needed
• Provides administrative assistance as needed
