Victory Automotive Group is seeking a self-motivated Business Development Representative in Albany, CA to manage inbound sales inquiries, showroom requests and service questions. You will greet visitors, coordinate with Sales and Service, and ensure excellent customer service and sales generation.

The ideal candidate has strong administrative skills, good phone and computer abilities, and a friendly, professional demeanor.

Formación

• Previous experience in administrative, clerical, call center, or customer service roles.
• Pleasant and courteous personality with strong communication skills.
• Working knowledge of automotive industry is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all inbound sales and service appointment queries (phone or internet) by scheduling appointments and following up on pending ones.
• Coordinate questions and issues with the appropriate department personnel.
• Track sold vehicles and hot sheets.
• Confirm special order parts.
• Follow up with sales leads and manage paperwork as needed.
• Provide administrative assistance as needed.
