Victory Automotive Group is seeking a proactive Business Development Representative to excel in a fast-paced dealership environment. You will handle inbound sales and service inquiries, schedule and confirm appointments, and work closely with Sales and Service to meet customer needs.

The role requires strong communication, organizational, and computer skills, with experience in administrative or customer service roles. A pleasant demeanor and professional attitude are essential.

Formación

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in administrative, clerical, call center, or customer service roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with automotive sales/service is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Excellent organizational, administrative, and time-management abilities are required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills are expected.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound sales and service appointment inquiries via phone or internet and schedule or confirm appointments.
• Coordinate questions and issues with relevant departments.
• Track sold vehicles and hot sheets.
• Confirm special order parts.
• Follow up on phone and internet sales leads.
• Maintain required paperwork and records; prepare documentation as needed.
• Provide administrative support as needed.
