Job summary

Wyatt Johnson Toyota, part of Hudson Automotive Group in Hudson, TN, is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to lead our high-volume F&I operations and drive dealer profitability.

You will structure deals, secure lender approvals, and present service contracts, GAP, and extended warranties while collaborating with sales to maximize profitability and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Automotive Finance & Insurance Manager or Finance Manager in a franchised dealership.
• Proven ability to structure deals and secure lender approvals.
• Demonstrated ability to sell F&I products including service contracts, GAP, credit life, and related insurances.
• Experience presenting aftermarket products and extended warranties.
• Ability to convert cash deals to finance and maintain relationships with multiple lending sources.
• Strong knowledge of compliance requirements and regulations affecting automotive finance departments.
• Track record of partnering with sales managers to maximize deal structure and profitability.
