Job summary

All Star Toyota of Baton Rouge, part of the Hudson Automotive Group, is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our high-volume dealership team in Baton Rouge, LA. The role demands a proven track record in automotive F&I, deal structuring, and lender approvals.

Qualifications

• Prior Automotive Finance & Insurance Manager or Finance Manager experience in a franchised dealership.
• Proven success in structuring deals and securing lender approvals.
• Experience presenting and explaining aftermarket products and extended warranties.

Responsibilities

• Lead automotive F&I activities with a focus on profitability and compliance.
• Partner with sales leadership to maximize deal structure and lender approvals.
• Present and upsell F&I products including service contracts, GAP, and insurance.
• Convert cash deals to finance and maintain relationships with multiple lending sources.

Required Experience:

• Prior Automotive Finance & Insurance Manager or Finance Manager experience in a franchised dealership
• Proven success in structuring deals and securing lender approvalsDemonstrated ability to sell F&I products including service contracts, GAP, credit life, accident & health insurance
• Experience presenting and explaining aftermarket products and extended warranties
• Ability to convert cash deals to finance and maintain relationships with multiple lending sources, including manufacturer programs
• Strong knowledge of compliance requirements and regulations affecting automotive finance departments
• Track record of partnering with sales managers to maximize deal structure and profitability
