Rhythm Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM FIAT in Hendersonville, TN seeks an experienced Automotive Finance & Insurance Manager to join Hudson Automotive Group's high-performing team. The role requires a proven track record in securing lender approvals, selling F&I products, and structuring deals for maximum profitability.

Qualifications

• Prior Automotive Finance & Insurance Manager or Finance Manager experience in a franchised dealership.
• Proven success in structuring deals and securing lender approvals.
• Demonstrated ability to sell F&I products including service contracts, GAP, credit life, accident & health insurance.
• Experience presenting and explaining aftermarket products and extended warranties.
• Ability to convert cash deals to finance and maintain relationships with multiple lending sources.

• Convert cash transactions to finance and maximize profitability.
