Job summary

Sheehy Lexus of Richmond, part of Sheehy Auto Stores, seeks an Experienced Automotive Finance Manager to lead finance operations and drive profitability in a high-volume store in Richmond, VA.

You should have at least three years of automotive finance experience, strong knowledge of Reynolds & Reynolds, and proven deal-structuring and negotiation skills. Competitive compensation ($125,000–$175,000+), comprehensive benefits, and advancement opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Three years or more of Automotive Finance Experience (Required).
• Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred.
• Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability.
• Well-versed in title laws and the registration process.
• Professional personal appearance and extraordinary verbal/written communication skills.
• Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening, Motor Vehicle Record check, and drug test.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Contract new business, sell Finance products, and close deals.
• Generate finance income on all sold customers.
• Check/verify paperwork involved with cash, finance, or loan transactions.
• Contract or collect all money at closing.
• Seek bank approval on financed and leased deals.
• Maintain a working knowledge of leases.
• Assist in acquiring approval from lenders.
• Understand all programs and rate options offered by our lenders.
• Solicit extended warranty sales.
• Handle all cancellations for extended service contracts, GAP policies, etc.
