Job summary

Sheehy Ford of Ashland is seeking energetic and motivated sales consultants with 1+ year(s) of automotive sales experience or related retail experience. We train you to be the best and help turn buyers into lifetime customers.

Responsibilities include assessing customer needs, demonstrating product knowledge, and guiding buyers through the sales process, with extensive training and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ambitious and energetic individual with strong sales drive.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Must be coachable with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA; valid driver’s license.
• Pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen.

• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for vehicles and accessories.
• Lead customers through selling steps that close deals.
• Deliver vehicles and explain features, warranty, and paperwork to build loyalty.
• Maintain customer information in CRM and follow up to generate repeat business.
• Develop new business through personal marketing, networking, and telemarketing.
• Maintain knowledge of pricing and specs to provide informed comparisons.

Responsibilities

• Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening

• Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
• Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring the customer understands the product features, warranty, and paperwork to lay the foundation for customer loyalty
• Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM
• Follow-up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
• Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts through direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketing
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons

Requirements
