Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an energetic E-commerce Sales Associate to guide customers through vehicle purchases in our no-haggle environment. You’ll respond to leads online, on the phone, and in person to present options that fit budgets and lifestyle, driving a smooth in-store experience.

You will follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, nurture loyalty, and help transition buyers to Service. Prior sales or retail experience is preferred, and strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to set and achieve targets and follow up with customers.
• Comfort with using technology and digital channels for sales.
