Job summary

Dassault Systèmes, based in the Detroit, Michigan area, is seeking a Director of Sales - North American Automotive to lead the North American automotive sales organization. You will build and lead an enterprise sales team, establish strong executive relationships across OEMs and suppliers, and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

10+ years of enterprise software sales experience supporting Automotive OEMs and the Automotive Supplier and Supply Chain ecosystem.
5+ years of experience leading enterprise sales teams in complex, matrixed organizations.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or business discipline.

Responsibilities

Build, recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing enterprise sales team across North America.
Establish and expand executive relationships with C-level leaders in Automotive OEMs and suppliers.
Drive sustainable revenue growth by expanding strategic enterprise accounts and identifying new opportunities.
Lead complex, enterprise-wide sales engagements with executive stakeholders and partners.
Champion value-based selling focused on digital transformation, Cloud/SaaS adoption, AI-enabled engineering, and manufacturing modernization.
Support customers through large-scale enterprise transformation using the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform.
