Job summary
Dassault Systemes in Detroit area seeks a Director of Sales for Automotive Enterprise Software to lead the North America team, drive revenue growth, and build executive partnerships with OEMs and suppliers.
You will define the automotive business strategy, champion value-based selling around 3DEXPERIENCE, cloud/SaaS, and digital transformation, and mentor top sales talent.
This role reports to the VP of Global Automotive Sales and offers a competitive compensation package and bonus potential.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience serving Automotive OEMs and suppliers.
- 5+ years leading enterprise sales teams in complex organizations.
- Proven success exceeding revenue targets and growing strategic accounts.
- Bachelor's degree.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a high-performing North American enterprise sales team for Automotive OEMs and suppliers.
- Establish and expand C-level relationships across automotive OEMs and supplier ecosystem.
- Drive revenue growth by expanding strategic enterprise accounts in North America.
- Lead complex enterprise deals with executive stakeholders and global account teams.
- Champion value-based selling focusing on digital transformation, Cloud/SaaS, and AI-enabled engineering.
- Support customers through large-scale transformation using the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform.
