Job summary

Hendrick BMW CPO Facility in Charlotte, NC, seeks a Client Advisor to guide customers through selecting new or used vehicles while ensuring a high level of satisfaction. You will greet guests, determine their needs, and demonstrate features and operation of vehicles in showroom or on test drives.

Responsibilities include quoting sales prices with tax, trade-in allowances, and discounts, completing financing or paperwork, arranging delivery and registration, and maintaining CSI above company

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Meets dealership sales goals.
• Greets customer and determines make, type, and quality of vehicle desired.
• Explains features and demonstrates operation of vehicle in showroom or on demonstration drive.
• Suggests optional equipment for customer to purchase.
• Computes and quotes sales price, including tax, trade-in allowance, and discount.
• Completes paperwork accompanying vehicle sales, including but not limited to, preparing sales slip or sales contract.
• Arranges for delivery and registration of vehicle.
• Researches availability of models and optional equipment.
• Engages in business development.
• Addresses customer concerns.
• Maintains CSI at or above Company standards.
