• Explains features and demonstrates operation of vehicles.
• Quotes sales price including tax, trade-in and discounts.
• Handles paperwork for vehicle sales and contracts.
• Arranges delivery and registration of vehicles.
• Researches model availability and options.
• Engages in business development and customer follow-up.
• Addresses customer concerns and maintains CSI standards.
• Maintains a clean, safe work area and adheres to company policies.
