Victory Automotive Group is seeking a proactive Business Development Representative to join our team in San Bruno, CA. You will handle inbound sales inquiries, coordinate service and showroom requests, and work closely with Sales and Service to meet customer needs.

The ideal candidate has experience in administrative or customer-facing roles, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills. Automotive industry knowledge is a plus in a fast-paced, equal-opportunity environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a similar administrative, clerical, or customer service role preferred.
• Knowledge of automotive sales/service is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound sales and service appointment inquiries and schedule appointments.
• Coordinate questions with the appropriate department.
• Track sold vehicles and hot sheets.
• Confirm special order parts.
• Follow up with phone and internet sales leads.
• Manage required paperwork and records; prepare documentation as needed.
• Provide administrative assistance as needed.
