Victory Automotive Group is seeking a Business Development Representative to handle inbound sales and service inquiries, coordinate with departments, and support showroom and service operations. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and computer skills to deliver excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate has prior experience in administrative roles and a friendly, professional demeanor, with knowledge of the automotive industry being a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a similar administrative, clerical, call center or customer service role.
• Working knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.
• Professional, courteous and dependable with strong organizational skills.
• Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Reynolds and Reynolds experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming sales and service appointment inquiries and schedule appointments.
• Coordinate questions and issues with department personnel.
• Track sold vehicles and hot sheets.
• Confirm special order parts.
• Follow up with phone and internet leads.
• Manage paperwork and records; prepare documentation as needed.
• Provide administrative assistance as needed.
