Job summary

Victory Automotive Group in Massachusetts is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to handle inbound and outbound inquiries, greet visitors, and coordinate sales and service leads across our dealerships.

The ideal candidate has experience in administrative, clerical, call center, or customer service roles, with strong communication and computer skills; automotive knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in admin, clerical, call center or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and professional appearance.
• Knowledge of automotive industry is a plus.
• Solid organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming sales and service appointment inquiries by scheduling and confirming appointments.
• Coordinate questions and issues with the appropriate department personnel.
• Track sold vehicles and hot sheets.
• Confirm special order parts.
• Follow up with phone and internet sales leads.
• Maintain required paperwork and records and prepare documentation when needed.
• Provide administrative assistance as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
