Rihm Family Companies is seeking an experienced Branch Service Manager in Winona, MN to lead the daily operations of the Branch Service Department and drive budgeted results. You will set technician expectations, mentor staff, and oversee service estimates and invoicing timelines to ensure quality outcomes for customers.

The role requires extensive automotive service leadership experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a diverse team in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years automotive or truck service department experience.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of union and non-union employees, fostering a collaborative and respectful workplace.
• Develop monthly and annual department budget goals with Controller, Branch Manager, and Director of Service.
• Ensures alignment with warranty and policy and maintains safe working environment.
