Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in a heavy-duty truck or automotive service department.
• 5+ years of successful supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of technicians, service advisors, and support staff.
• Develop monthly and annual department budget goals in collaboration with leadership.
• Ensure safe, compliant operations and accurate service estimates for customers.
• Review service orders and ensure timely invoicing and warranty processing.
• Foster strong relationships with customers and vendor partners.
