Job summary

Five Star Chevrolet is seeking a Business Development Center Representative to connect with online and prospective customers, set appointments, and guide them toward the sales team. You will work with the Internet team to optimize processes and drive sales objectives.

The role emphasizes communication, organization, and teamwork, with opportunities to grow within a fast-paced automotive environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers indicating purchasing interest through our website.
• Follow up with prospective customers and return email/voicemail.
• Support online customers by setting appointments.
• Assess customer needs and discuss vehicle options.
• Assign customers to a Full Time Sales Consultant to complete the sales process.
• Follow up with existing customers to confirm satisfaction and request referrals.
• Work with Internet Team to maintain processes and meet sales objectives.
• Assist in guiding customers through the sales process.

Responsibilities Include:

• Follow up with customers indicating purchasing interest through our website.


• Follow up with prospective customers and return email / voicemail.


• Support online customers by setting appointments.


• Spend time with customers to determine their needs and discusses vehicle options.


• Assign Customers to a Full Time Sales Consultant to complete the sales process


• Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads and ask for referrals for future business.


• Work with Internet Team to maintain processes and achieve sales objectives


• This is not a Sales Position but you will be involved in speaking with customers and helping to assign them to the sales department as well as answering questions and guiding them in the sales process

Job Requirements

• Ability to manage a team


• 3 years Automotive Sales or BDC Experience is Preferred.


• Ability to manage a large volume of leads
