Job summary

Competition Auto Group in St. James, NY is seeking a BDC Representative to support our sales team. The role involves handling heavy inbound and outbound inquiries, following up with clients, and logging all activity in the CRM.

The position offers a competitive base salary with monthly commissions, plus benefits, and a 5-day work week with potential weekend shifts. Medical and dental, 401(k), PTO and growth opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service.
• Proficient in all basic computer operating systems, Windows, Google, Microsoft, etc.
• Must have strong customer service skills, phone & email etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Heavy inbound and outbound client inquiries from web leads, phone & email.
• Short-term & long-term follow-up with clients in the CRM system drive.
• Speak with customers in a professional, well-spoken manner and be able to problem-solve.
• Direct customer calls/questions/concerns appropriately to the right party, including those available online.
• Log all activity in our CRM
