Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service.
• Proficient in basic computer operating systems (Windows, Google, Microsoft).
• Strong customer service skills with phone and email etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Handle heavy inbound and outbound client inquiries from web leads, phone, and email.
• Follow up with clients short-term and long-term in CRM.
• Communicate professionally and solve problems for customers.
• Direct customer calls/questions/ concerns to the appropriate party (including online).
• Log all activity in the CRM.
