• Respond quickly and professionally using phone, email, text, and CRM.
• Provide customers with initial vehicle and dealership information.
• Assist customers with basic financing information and next steps.
• Follow up with leads not yet ready to purchase.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Work with sales teams and leadership to improve customer experience.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and process improvement sessions.
