Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, call center, retail, hospitality, or sales preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Professional, friendly, and confident demeanor.
• Comfortable using CRM, email, and texting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers interested in vehicles and services.
• Answer inbound calls, inquiries, and live chat requests.
• Schedule and confirm sales appointments for the dealership team.
• Provide customers with initial vehicle and dealership information.
• Assist customers with basic financing information and next steps.
• Follow up with leads not yet ready to purchase or with missed appointments.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM daily.
• Work with sales teams and leadership to improve customer experience and appointment success.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and process improvement.
