Job summary

Krause Auto Group in the United States is seeking a high-energy Business Development Representative to be the first contact in a customer’s buying journey. Join a fast-paced, family-owned dealership with a broad brand portfolio and strong growth opportunities.

You’ll handle inbound calls, internet inquiries, and live chats; schedule appointments; provide product and financing information; and follow up on leads to drive showroom visits and CRM-tracked activity across teams.

Responsibilities

• As a Business Development Representative, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for customers interested in our vehicles and services while helping create an outstanding dealership experience.
• Answer inbound customer calls, internet inquiries, and live chat requests.
• Schedule and confirm sales appointments for the dealership team.
• Respond quickly and professionally using phone, email, text, and CRM communication tools.
• Provide customers with initial vehicle and dealership information.
• Assist customers with basic financing information and next steps.
• Follow up consistently with leads that are not yet ready to purchase or missed appointments.
• Maintain accurate customer records and daily activity within the CRM system.
• Work closely with sales teams and dealership leadership to improve customer experience and appointment success.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and process improvement sessions.

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
