Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers interested in vehicles and services.
• Answer inbound calls, inquiries, and live chat; schedule sales appointments.
• Use phone, email, text, and CRM to communicate with customers.
• Provide initial vehicle and dealership information to customers.
• Assist customers with basic financing information and next steps.
• Follow up with leads not yet ready to purchase or with missed appointments.
• Maintain accurate customer records and daily activity in the CRM.
• Collaborate with sales teams and leadership to improve customer experience and appointment success.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and process improvement sessions.
