Krause Auto Group is hiring a Business Development Representative to be the first point of contact for customers in the buying journey. This role operates in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a focus on delivering an outstanding dealership experience.

You will handle inquiries via multiple channels, schedule appointments, and guide customers through initial financing details while maintaining CRM records for ongoing follow-up and improvements in appointment success.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with computers and CRM systems.
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers interested in vehicles and services.
• Answer inbound calls, internet inquiries, and live chat requests.
• Schedule and confirm sales appointments for the dealership team.
• Respond quickly and professionally via phone, email, text, and CRM.
• Provide customers with initial vehicle and dealership information.
• Assist customers with basic financing information and next steps.
• Follow up with leads not yet ready to purchase or with missed appointments.
• Maintain accurate customer records and daily activity in the CRM.
• Collaborate with sales teams and leadership to improve customer experience.
